Burpees
Full-body exercise that combines a squat, push-up, and jump.
High Intensity
- Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
- Step 2: Lower into a squat position, placing your hands on the floor in front of you.
- Step 3: Kick your feet back so that you are in a plank position. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Step 4: Perform a push-up. Lower your chest to the floor, keeping your core engaged.
- Step 5: Push back up to the plank position.
- Step 6: Jump your feet forward so they land just outside your hands, returning to a low squat position.
- Step 7: Explosively jump up into the air, reaching your arms overhead.
- Step 8: Land softly and immediately go into the next repetition.
